Stage Manager works with the Music director or Pastor to achieve all the prop and equipment changes needed during a program or special service.
Stage Hands are responsible to move things in a timely and economical way to allow the service to continue unhindered. Many times stage hands are needed to set-up and tear down the stage for a program or service. Serving in this manner helps everyone enjoy time to prepare as they should and develop a familiarity with the program so that the order of service is unhindered. This is a way to Worship God by moving things around.
